Quick and Easy

Writing from a friend's computer because we left right after we woke up and headed out for football and breakfast, then came straight over here after and have been here all day.  Cycling today so don't be surprised by the higher calorie count, it's intentional.  The food choices are part of the process of learning to enjoy food within moderative parameters.


Food:
5 glasses of water
1 order Nikki Lee's nachos
1 cup cubed canteloupe melon
1 red apple slice
4 Tbsps 5 layer dip
1 order mushroom chicken ravioli (no sauce, no bread)
