I can't think today, I'm too tired so I'm just going to log food and activity. My food yesterday, by the way, was good. Intake of 1,169. I didn't do my planned activity but, suffice it to say, I was active.
Food:
9 glasses of water
1 cup of coffee w/creamer
1 fiber one bar
1 healthy choice lunch
1 dinner salad
>>w/light ranch
1 6" meatball sub

Activity:
Walking: 3 miles
Stretches: 20 minutes
