So I pretty much said everything in my post earlier this morning that I wanted to say today but I couldn't wait until tonight to post it and if I keep it in edit more for adding food it un-publishes from the blog so this is basically just my food and activity list for the day.

1 cup of coffee w/creamer
1 Quaker apple cranberry granola bar
1 Healthy Choice lunch
2 grilled salmon tacos
1/2 cup black beans
1/2 cup lime rice
1 serving coffee ice cream

Activity:
5 flights of stairs
Walking: 1 mile (3,000 some odd steps)
Sprints: 10
