232.5! That's -1.5 lbs. It's not huge but it's bigger than I've been putting up and I am STOKED!!!! Wahoo!
1.5 is a great loss. I'll take it any day. After dieting for a while 1 - 2 pounds a week is the norm so you are right on track. Congratulations.
ReplyDeleteDownsizers: I am in agreement. I told myself when I started this that if I could just pull off an average of -2 lbs per week I'd be doing really great so I am extremely happy with 1.5.
ReplyDeleteActually, weight-loss experts and doctors-alike will all tell you that the ideal weekly loss, for long-term results, is 1-2lbs. So, you had a *perfect* week!
