Weigh-In 24

GAAAAAAAAH!  And that is all that I have to say about today's weigh in.

7 glasses of water
1 cup of coffee w/creamer
1 stuffed pepper half
1 chicken veggie wrap
1 serving granola w/skim milk
Daily Caloric Intake: 875

2 flights of stairs
2 flights of bleachers
Walking: 1 mile

    That is what my nephew always says about sports. He is a special needs kid that totally has the right attitude. I try to apply that to weight loss too! ;-)

  2. S@#$ happens. It happens to all of us, and it will pass. Just hang in there and keep doing what you know you need to do.
