ReplyDeleteThat is what my nephew always says about sports. He is a special needs kid that totally has the right attitude. I try to apply that to weight loss too! ;-)
S@#$ happens. It happens to all of us, and it will pass. Just hang in there and keep doing what you know you need to do.
