Weigh-In 29

Weighed in at 234.5 which is a loss of half-a-pound and puts me with officially less than 100 pounds left to loose.

Woot Woot!



Food:
8 glasses of water
1 cup of coffee w/creamer
1/2 serving sunflower seeds
1 serving leftover chicken tetrazinni
2 slices sourdough bread w/garlic powder
1 serving chicken and pasta
------------------------------------
Daily Caloric Intake: 1,025



Activity:
4 flights of stairs
Walking: Took just Vladdy on a walk because his walking skills were starting to get HORRIBLE due to lack of practice/training and Piper is just a distraction/frustration for both of us at this stage in his life.  IT WAS AWESOME, disgusting, frustrating, and an adventure all rolled into one.  More about "the walk" in tomorrow's post.  (3.4 + miles)

    Have you checked out the fire engine 2 diet or the movie Forks over Knives??
