Blogger Farted

Huh ... that's interesting.  So I guess Blogger decided to do some maintenance two nights ago and they must have royally messed something up because they went into "read only" mode sometime yesterday afternoon and stayed that way until mid day today.  Now that it's back up I can see that my posts for the last few days as well as many of the comments that have been posted during that time are kapoofy.

So I will update you on yesterday but if you missed any of the missing posts before that, alas, 'tis not my fault.
Yesterday I had 8 glasses of water, 1 cup of coffee, 1 serving of seeds, 1 chicken veggie wrap, and 1 sashimi special which included 2 pieces of raw tuna and 1 piece each of octopus, eel, shrimp, albacore, yellowtail, and squid as well as a california roll (for those of you not familiar with sashimi 1 piece is approximately a 1 oz slice of fish draped over a tablespoon sized glob of rice).  For desert I had 1/2 serving of Starbucks mocha chip ice cream which I shared with Piper and my total caloric intake was 1,039.

For activity I climbed 6 flights of stairs, spent 1.5 hours grocery shopping, and 1/2 hour walking/training the pup.  My post was all about how much I am loving my geology class but it's gone now so oh well.  HAPPY FRIDAY THE 13TH!!!

Food:
5 glasses of water
1 cup of coffee w/creamer
1/2 serving sunflower seeds
1 leftover chicken wrap
1 blue cheese steak (home made)
1 oz sweet carrots
8 oz white wine
-----------------------------------
Daily Caloric Intake: 1,163

Activity:
6 flights of stairs

  2. Don't know if you've heard, H & I are back in the fight with you. We're doing the 17-day Diet combined with the 10-minute workout.

Now, before people laugh... the 17-day Diet is really nothing more than eating whole foods; it's not exactly a "diet", it's just learning to eat better. And the 10-minute workout is just the P90X workout for those of us who can't maintain that insanity for 60-90 minutes every day. Frankly, we just don't have the time for that every day; plus, we aren't in shape enough to do that either. For those not used to doing intense cardio workouts everyday, 10 minutes is all you need; it kicks your butt!

Plus, we walk most every workday at lunch time.

Just thought we'd let you know that following you has provided us motivation to go at it again.
    :)
