The Weekend

I had an exhausting yet fun and eclectic weekend.  However, I have a lot of school work to do this week and I don't want to miss out exercising to get it done so today's post will be short and sweet.

From the very beginning of this weight-loss journey one unwritten milestone that I've had was to weigh less than Snackers.  Today I have both good news and not-so-good news.  The good news is that I weigh exactly the same as Snackers ... which isn't less but it means that if I really push hard I can take the lead over him.  The bad news is that I also weigh exactly the same as I did last Monday ... which means he gained weight rather than me losing it.  BUT I AM NOT GIVING UP!!!

100 oz of water
1 cup of coffee w/creamer
1 healthy choice lunch
1 serving chicken ravioli w/marinara
1 slice garlic bread
6 grilled asparagus spears
1 skinny cow ice cream
Daily Caloric Intake: 1182

Yoga: 30 minutes
Walking: 11 reps for 5 min @ 3.0 mph
Jogging: 8 reps for 1 min @ 5.0 mph
Sprints: 2 reps for 1 min @ 5.5 mph

  2. Good for you for not giving up! It's disheartening at times when we want that scale to move so badly and it just refuses to budge. Just look at what you've accomplished so far, how much you've changed in your activity levels from a year ago to now, how you are feeling now compared to a year ago. Everyone goes through these same moments; if it were easy, there wouldn't be any weight loss blogs. ;) If you read 100 successful weight loss blogs, you will find 99 people who had ups and downs in their journey, and 1 who lied about never having the ups.
