Serious Situation

I have a full post coming tonight and will begin posting daily again.

I weighed today - you can see the results of that above.

Long story short I need to get my ass back on the wagon pronto because if I gain even half-a-pound I have to take my self-made badge away.  I'm once again over 100 lbs away from my goal and I just can't do this to myself.  I've come too far to let this happen.
