I have a lot of catch-up work to do on my book today and I still need to post for school. I was able to sleep until the alarm went off this morning which is great for me but gives me less free time in my morning routine than usual so I'm keeping this post short and to the point.
Food:
100 oz of water
1 cup of coffee w/creamer
1 can hearts of palm
1/2 leftover grilled chicken breast
1 cup leftover potatoes
1 serving chopped salad
1 breadstick
------------------------------------
Daily Caloric Intake: 1162
Activity:
Yoga: 30 minutes
Walking: 2 hours
Your diet kind of sucks. You could eat a lot more for the same number of calories and get a lot more nutrition. Your weight loss would probably pick up too.
ReplyDeleteAnd please tell me - what is a "Snackers"?
ReplyDeleteHey short and to the point is great. Lets us know you are around, and if it works for you to help make you accountable to yourself then perfect. I need to do more short and to the point posts. I'm just not generally a short and to the point kind of gal... I should work on that.
ReplyDeletePretty: Snackers is my nickname for my boyfriend, it's a shortened version of Snack Monkey. I answered this question for you on the post "How It's Been" also.
ReplyDeleteI went back looking for your explanation and it wasnt there when I looked...thank you for clarifying! Makes a lot more sense now! :)
ReplyDeleteAnd next time (if there is a next time) that you go kayaking wear ALL synthetic clothing (no cotton hoodies or jeans) and make sure your life jackets are on correctly and secured correctly. Did you make sure to buy them according to weight and to test them before you actually went out in the kayaks? Hope so! Glad you are both OK.
Pretty: It is there, on the thread "how it's been". To quote from your own blog:
ReplyDelete"{Meal shake this morning to the tune of 300 calories even though I knew I wasn’t going to exercise. An hour later I had a nice big satisfying bowl of oatmeal with berries and banana. And now I have a big mug of decaf coffee with one packet of raw sugar in it. I am heading out in a little bit to have lunch at WFM taco bar with Julie and right after that I am getting a latte at Starbucks (small, decaf, nonfat)."
And your criticizing MY food choices? Taco's and starbucks and sugar? LOL okey dokey lady. Not everyone has to eat granola and fruit every day to lose weight. Just saying. Did it my way for 6 months and lost 60 lbs. Granted I fell off the wagon and paid the price but judging by your two blogs, you've done the same thing a time or two.
