In fact, I've actually been trying to up my sodium because I don't generally use a lot of salt in/on my food. Before I started trying to increase my sodium my 6 daily glasses of water were going right through me. I was peeing every 30-60 minutes and even waking up 2 or 3 times in the middle of the night to pee also. Since upping my sodium I have been able to process my water intake better which is allowing me to drink more per day, as I should without getting up at all hours to use the bathroom.

Rae Rae: I'm with you there. Snack Monkey said he's going to get me a basket full of veggies for Easter and I am all for that as long as there is a jar of PB in there with them! :)Lynseehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06752254017919024864noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4436259672320992437.post-25580267713905406202011-03-30T06:45:19.451-07:002011-03-30T06:45:19.451-07:00..mmmm, nutella. I think I would stick to veggies and FF ranch! Or better yet I use balsamic Vinegar straight from the bottle. I keep it in the fridge! It has just enough tang to get rid of any salty craving but with NO salt! Go figure!reneasskinnylove.blogspot.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12520853450859774097noreply@blogger.com
